How to clean vessels

1. Fill Teflon Bath with acid solution at the rate of distilled water 8: HNO3 2 to submerge vessels.

2. Start to heat up after setting temperature at 180C ~ 200C of Controller

3. Maintain heating for more than 5 hours to clean

4. After heating cleansing solution and vessels make be cooled and disassemble Collection tube and then drain trapped solution in the Collection tube.

5. Open the lid grabbing the Collection tube and put down on the table

6. Take vessels out of Teflon Bath using a Tong and rinse with distilled water and dry

Safety Information

Before open a lid, cleansing solutions should be cooled at a room temperature and empty the Collection tube. 

In addition being careful to guard against splattering acid inside when open a lid.
